Only Green! What a Great Company! REVIEW
Are you familiar with OnlyGreen? I recently won some products from OnlyGreen and I must say that what I got to use from the company was of top quality and worked absolutely amazing!
I won the following
1 8oz bottle of StreakFree Glass Cleaner 4x concentrate
1 8oz bottle of SoapBerry All Purpose Cleaner 4x concentrate
1 8oz bottle of SoapBerry Bathroom Cleaner 4x concentrate
1 8oz bottle of SoapBerry Laundry Wash 15x concentrate (yup 15x!!!!)
I was super excited to win the products so I used them the second I got home!!! The laundry soap is amazing however if your into the heavy product smells this wont be the item of choice for you! Its smell is very mild but its very strong in cleaning power and with the bottle being so concentrated you get 30 loads from the $8 bottle. So i think thats pretty darn good!
Both the all purpose and bathroom cleaners worked awesome! They made cleaning almost effortless. I didn`t even have to scrub soap scum, and you know that icky hard water build up that gets around your faucets? It just came right off, no scrubbing involved. Both cleaners had a pleasnt smell as well, they didnt have the traditional `cleaner`smells which I really liked.
The glass cleaner is just what it says. Streak Free! It actually made my windows sparkle and shine!

Wondering why I dont have ALOT of Product reviews??
BECAUSE I AM SELECTIVE - HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE OF BLOGGING AND REVIEWING - AND I ONLY REVIEW PRODUCTS OF SINCERE INTEREST TO MYSELF AND FAMILY.
I do not feel the need I need to suck up to companies to review products that I genuinely care nothing about!
The reviews you see here are truthful, and to the point.
I dont have a group of blogging buddies that I sit around with online talking about companies and their products. If I dont like something, I have a brain and can figure it out quite quickly. I have my own thoughts. I am not a sheep but a shepard.
If you would like to have me review your product, feel free to contact me, if its something that I feel fits in with my life I woud be more than happy to provide and informative and sincere review for you!

BOOK REVIEW: Iris and The Dragonflies
(Photo by the artist Phatpuppy Creations)
Welcome to my review of the incredible book "Iris and The Dragonflies" written by Rosemary Danielis and published by Lion House Publishing.
Step into a magical adventure as Iris and the Dragonflies takes you into the life of an 11 yr old, 5th grade student. Geared toward middle grade children this fantasy novel is going to captivate them and remain in their hearts for years to come!
I am very pleased to have had the pleasure of reviewing this amazing book. The version I read had no pictures but I had no trouble stepping right into this enchanting book. I have an awesome imagination lol and that paired with Rosemary`s use of such descriptive words sucked me right in! I am 31 and I am telling you this is one of the most beautifully written and heart felt stories I have ever came across.
Iris is a fiesty, bright and carefree girl, chosen to protect Mother Earth in the battles between good and evil.
Why was she chosen? What makes her so special? Why have the dragonflies chosen to let her in, following her since birth and crossing her path around every corner? You will have to read the book to find out!!! ;) But what I will tell you is that at any age this captivating book won`t stray far from your fingers.
You can go here to purchase your very own copy! This would be the perfect gift for your middle aged reader!
You should also check her out on facebook here. And most definetly LIKE her page!!! Show this amazing Canadian Author the support she deserves!
I would recommend this book to anyone with middle age children, it would make an excellent gift ! Or if your like me an imaginative (youngish) middle aged woman you might want to check it out too! ;)
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

The next game that I am going to tell all you matey`s about is thee
Pirate Mad Libs!
No peeking at the story or you`ll walk the plank!!!!
The rules are simple, do not peek at the story, fill out the word list, put your words with the story and read it outloud.
My son was a bit young to do this on his own so his dad and I helped him out, then both wrote down our own word list to go along with the story we hadnt seen yet. Then I took all three word lists and paired them with the story reading them outloud one by one. It was just as fun as an adult as it was as a kid. We couldnt stop laughing!
I am so happy that I got to review this product its really neat and I think the pirate theme is fun and original and my son thinks so too!! so much that he will be using this at this next birthday party in Febuary when he turns 8. I would recommend this Printable Pirate Party Pack to anyone having a party or event related to pirates. Or that just want to have some good old fashion fun!

The Soldiers Tale Review by TheIndianByTheSea
Maestro Classics™, winner of 50 prestigious awards for its Stories In Music™ CD series, is dedicated to creating recordings that offer memorable listening experiences for the whole family -- albums where uncompromisingly great performances are woven into enchanting narratives, supplemented by expanded commentary and activities in beautifully illustrated, 24-page program booklets. Maestro Classics proudly released on December 6 the company’s ninth CD, a sparkling rendition of Stravinsky’s masterpiece for narrator and chamber ensemble, L’Histoire du Soldat, retold for today’s young audiences as The Soldier’s Tale (Maestro Classics, $16.98, for ages 8+ and families, run time 55 minutes).
L’Histoire du Soldat, is one of a handful of the most important and distinctive musical works of the 20th century. No child should grow up without getting to know this music, and parents who care about their children becoming culturally literate will want to take advantage of this remarkable CD. As produced by Maestro Classics, The Soldier’s Tale surmounts the stereotype that classical music is boring and 20th century music unapproachable. This album is most definitely not boring, and it is unquestionably “listener-friendly.”
The story opens with a soldier named Joseph stopping to rest by the roadside as he walks home to his village. Joseph has just taken out his violin and begun to play when an old man appears, offering to trade a mysterious book that can reveal the future in exchange for the violin. When the old man, who is really the Devil in disguise, convinces Joseph that the powers of the book can be used to gain great wealth, the soldier agrees, and the inexorable wheels of this Faustian morality play begin to turn. Joseph eventually recognizes that he has lost his family and friends, and that money does not bring happiness.
With eminent conductor Stephen Simon directing members of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and narration by Yadu (a.k.a. Dr. Konrad Czynski), The Soldier’s Tale is much more than your typical “classical music for kids” CD. Stephen Simon presents valuable information that enhances the meaning of the music. Stravinsky’s music is so accessible that it really isn’t necessary to know anything about the way it was composed in order to enjoy and appreciate its very unique sound. However, with a little background from the Maestro, young listeners can learn a great deal about how this music connects to history and culture. Even though Stravinsky was still a young man when he composed L’Histoire du Soldat, he had traveled widely, spending time in most of the cultural capitals of Europe and Russia, and had already composed music that was world famous. Maestro Simon not only paints a portrait of Stravinsky and his times, he also expands upon exactly what was in Stravinsky’s music that created so much discussion and is still so relevant to what we hear in concert halls today.
Maestro Classics recordings are available at maestroclassics.com , amazon.com, and other major distributors and retailers. In addition to The Soldier’s Tale, the Stories in Music series includes My Name is Handel: The Story of Handel’s “Water Music,” Peter and the Wolf, The Tortoise and the Hare, The Story of Swan Lake, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice, Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel, Casey at the Bat, and Juanita the Spanish Lobster (also available in Spanish).

What Tovan and I Think:
We won this CD through a rafflecopter give-a-way and I decided to write a review on it. And I must say it is an enchanting adventure through music and story and overall both my son and I very much enjoyed it! The CD package comes beautifully illustrated and filled with information about Igor Stravinsky, the instruments that make the music and the Amazing Baz! It also has a fun crossword puzzle and a revised story of The Soldiers Tale that you can read anytime without having to put on the CD.
My son is one year younger than the advised 8+ but he seemed to enjoy it very much. He stayed, laying on the floor until the whole story was finished (that in itself needs a review lol!) But he was somewhat disappointed when the story in the book didn`t match the story on the CD and he couldn't follow along. He also said that he wished he could see the soldier on a dvd where they tell the story and you can follow along. This was Tovans first experience with this type of Story CD but he listened to the narrator quietly and seemed to really overall enjoy the whole experience.
With that being said I would definetly recommend this CD story for anyone with children. Its a great way to spend some quality time with your children. And for most of them will be a new experience.
